Problem Note 52296: The MCMC procedure ends abnormally when you specify the DIC option and a RANDOM statement

PROC MCMC terminates abnormally when you specify the DIC option in the procedure statement and one or more RANDOM statements are also specified. The following messages are issued to the log:
ERROR: An exception has been encountered.
Please contact technical support and provide them with the following traceback information:
The SAS task name is [MCMC]
ERROR: Read Access Violation MCMC
There is no circumvention for this problem.
